Best Practices, for working with your activation

+ I highly recommend doing this practice at least two times, ideally you'll work this practice with extensive repetition

  • What I mean by ceremonial, carve out space & time to focus entirely on this activation.
  • Set up your space, prepare yourself, and really drop in.

  • Listening over & over brings soulpreneurship into the space of familiarity (your brain likes familiar)
  • into the space of what is common, (you brain likes what is common & consistent)
  • into the space of what is safe, (when you feel safe in soulpreneurship your brain is primed to show you opportunities in a whole new way) 
• Explore listening in a passive state
  • Listen when you set up a journal and take notes 
  • Listen when you have the space to pause and contemplate 
• Explore listening in a neutral state
  • Listen when you are washing dishes, listen when you are folding laundry, listen when you are driving
